E: I was reading a book earlier today about all the states that never came to be in the US.
Me: Neato. How many are there?
E: Like 60.
Me: Crazy.
E: Yup.
Me: What’s the name of the strangest one?
E: Texlahoma. The upper half of Cali was supposed to be a state called Shasta.
Me:
E: Someone actually wanted to make a state called, No Man’s Land.
